The Georgia Assistive Technology Users Help Desk (AT Help Desk) provides technology troubleshooting support for Georgians who are blind or have low vision.
The Help Desk is available Monday through Friday via phone to assist callers with questions related to assistive and productivity software.
Support includes, but is not limited to:
👁️ Screen reader software (JAWS, NVDA, Windows Narrator, VoiceOver, and TalkBack)
👁️Magnification software (ZoomText and Windows Magnifier)
👁️Fusion
👁️Microsoft Office Suite
👁️Google Workspace
*Please note that the AT Help Desk does not provide troubleshooting support for hardware issues involving PC or Mac computers, iPhones, or Android devices.
