*Please note that the AT Help Desk does not provide troubleshooting support for
hardware issues involving PC or Mac computers, iPhones, or Android devices.
The Assistive Technology Helpdesk will operate Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

No, all troubleshooting, support, and resource routing provided by our helpdesk staffers are 100% free of charge.
The Assistive Technology Staffers are trained to assist wit screen readers, magnification software,
productivity software including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and assisting with changing accessibility settings.
To ensure we can support as many community members as possible, the Assistive Technology Helpdesk cannot assist with the following: Physical computer repairs or hardware disassembly, physical smartphone repairs, Complex operating system reinstalls or clearing malware infections, and Direct financial, medical, or legal casework processing.
If your request falls outside our scope, our team will do our best to route you to an appropriate state agency or specialized technical resource.
