The Task Force for Empowering Blind Independence (TFEBI) invites Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments (TVIs), orientation and mobility specialists, and other vision professionals to an upcoming webinar focused on expanding access to blindness-skills training in local communities. TFEBI’s mission is to improve access to skilled professionals, specialized tools, and training that help people who are blind or have low vision live with independence and dignity across Georgia. During this session, participants will learn practical strategies for teaching independent living and technology skills to adults with vision loss and how professionals can share their expertise beyond school settings to support underserved communities. Join this collaborative discussion on how vision professionals can help strengthen community-based services and empower more Georgians with vision loss to thrive.
